Job Description:

1. Responsible for achieving given production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and material.
2. Must have handled entire manufacturing & production activities of an FMCG/Pharma/Cosmetic Plant with different SKUs with knowledge of BIS, ISO, GMP & Drugs Control norms.
3. Must have knowledge of Batch processing activities.
4. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned production projects with proper allotment of manpower in different production areas.
5. Recruit manpower/workers to ensure zero gap proper production.
6. Monitoring the quality & quantity up to the finished product stage.
7. Monitor production lines operations to ensure that it complies with the quality and safety standards of the company.
8. Coordinate and manage overtime, break downs, productions start-ups, and changeovers etc.
9. Accountable for production Targets, Gaps, material wastage.
