● Retaining clients porting out and retention fixing and negotiating.

● Email security, web security, Digital spacing and cloud services provided to clients 
● Provided Vehicle tracking, machine 2 machine requirements and its usage assisted to the target clients and giving them an exclusive experience. 
● Responding to the mail escalations and resolving instantly with the backend team to avoid any cause on the client business 
● Researched potential clients to specifically target marketing needs from first contact.
