Job Description:

Working for Deutsche Asset Management with respect to End User Support of Fiserv TradeFlow and Simcorp Dimension 
• Act as a SPOC for all the end users of Simcorp Dimension and address the incidents reported by them. 
• Played instrumental role in few migration projects like OMGEO Oasys to SWIFT GETC, Aladdin, release upgrade projects of Simcorp Dimension 
• Possess in depth knowledge of Trade Matching (Confirmation and Affirmation), Settlement, Static/Market/Reference Data, Parties involved in the trade life cycle, Various instrument/asset classes 
• Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations 
• Improving competency among the team members, managing the appraisal process across the levels, conducting interviews to recruit the right talent and resources and developing employee competency 
Other relevant experience at Deutsche Asset Management/DWS 
• Creation of business requirement documents, functional specifications and preparation of use cases for the Testing 
• Close collaboration with the dedicated test team of SimCorp Dimension. A deep understanding of the test management as well as the automation of the system and the professional test with Borland SILK. 
• Approval of SWIFT key exchange requests from the business units and coordination with the SWIFT Relationship Management team for the creation of fast transfers between Deutsche Asset and external parties. Test responses for various message types (MT515, MT517, MT541, MT543, MT320, MT321, MT300 and MT304) 
• Checking the configuration of Data Extractors, Data Format Set up Definitions, communication servers, auxiliary job triggers/definitions, message queues and batch jobs to analyse the incidents reported by various end user groups of Simcorp Dimension like Transaction Processing, Fund Accounting, Performance Measurement and Client Reporting. 
• Participating in Release Upgrade project during UAT dress rehearsals and production deployment weekend to check the basic functionalities in the new version.
