Job Description:

- Promote and raise awareness on safety and security to all staff in the company through various platforms and means
- Plan and organise annual corporate-wide and divisional events, in collaboration with other divisions and external partners
- Ideate and develop daily safety/security communication materials
- Monthly briefing on the company safety and security systems to new staff
- Training Manager for the division of approximate 60 staff (manage their individual development plans, adherence to the plans, and the training budget)
- Review existing training materials to ensure they are up to date and relevant
- Develop and review new training materials with the Institute
- Develop and manage the division intranet page and resources page
- Manage the Safety and Security Activist awards and submissions for external awards
- Source for and liaise with vendors for production of collaterals

Salary: 4200 monthly
