Job Description:
• Successfully set up the HR & Admin Department from a team of 2 to 4 members within 6 months to support staff strength about 400 staff for 4 entities.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions encompassing recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits review, learning and development, employee engagement
• Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate goals
• Provides solutions to HR matters and policy advisory in delivering effective HR management
• Manage the annual salary review, promotion and variable bonus exercise
• Engage in performance management of staff, staff disciplining and counselling
• Successfully review and renew the general insurance and company group insurance
• Successfully change the payroll schedule and payroll processes to meet the payday
• Review, update and maintain HR guidelines, policies and procedures to make sure HR policies adhere to MOM initiative
• To successfully revamp the working hour and pay structure for direct labour within 6 months in 2018.
• Oversee all HR initiative and strategies
