• Follow - up of material requirements at the site with head office 
• Calculated cost and quantity estimates for assigned projects. 
• Calculating requirements to plan and design the specifications of the civil work required. 
• Responsible for site supervision of work. 
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management. 
• Checking site works for foundation and superstructure including waterproofing treatments, 
concrete pouring, shuttering and formwork, production of concrete, precast elements, 
masonry construction and finishes. 
• Co-ordination with Electrical and Mechanical department. 
• Co-ordinate review of contractor submittals, job procedure, drawings and materials. 
• Responsible for the overall management of project from conception to completion. 
• Preparation, development and review of project quality plan. 
• Ensure compliance with client quality objective. 
• Responsible for all engineering functions of work. 
• Preparation of sub-contractors bills. 
• Effect close liaison with client reps. 
• Review the project program and update on a regular basis. 
• Monitor safety and quality of contractor efforts.
