☞ Played various roles as QA Manager, Business Analyst, QA Lead, Test Analyst and Test Engineer. 
☞ Good experience on Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, TestNG Framework and Maven. 
☞ Strong knowledge of web service automation using SOAPUI and Groovy. 
☞ Proficient in all levels of Software Testing Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile). 
☞ Responsible for End-to-End QA management activity. 
☞ Strong Analytical capacity in analysis of Business Requirements, Functional, and test requirement. 
☞ Strong in DATA Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Quality Analysis, Workflow Management. 
☞ Possess commendable knowledge in SQL, API Testing, Telecom Domain and Rating & Billing. 
☞ In-depth knowledge in QA Methodologies and Business processes. 
☞ Proficient in Agile Methodologies, Rally Tool. 
☞ Solid hands-on experience in System Testing, Interface Testing, Integration testing, functional testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression testing, IVR Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing. 
☞ Proficient in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Release and QA Sign Off documents. 
☞ Proficient at defect analysis, reporting and tracking and defect management using ALM (Application Life Cycle Management), HP Quality Centre. 
☞ Exceptional ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors across all functional and technical disciplines, providing focused Project Management (PM), and accurate and detailed business and system analyses. 
☞ As a Business Analyst, Involved in JAD/JRP sessions to capture, document and transform requirements documents (Business, Functional, Technical/ System) for enhancements and from scratch. 
☞ Demonstrated abilities in handling the complete projects gained functional skills in analyzing the client requirements translating new ideas into clients solutions including opportunity identification, requirements development, delivery, support & analysis and documentation.
