Job Description:

• Develop schedule and monitoring forms to ensure that critical activities are tracked closely and monitored to its successful completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors regarding their productivity rate in order to incorporate it into the scheduling process
• Conduct regular meetings with all construction staff on the techniques of improving quality
• Conduct site viewing on all defective works to ensure that they are not repeated
• Maintain a good relationship with the owner and consultant
• Regularly remind all workers and staff to execute safe procedures during the course of work.
• Conduct daily meeting with all subcontractors to inculcate the importance of a safe work environment
• Guide all zone managers and staff to work amicably and cooperate with one another.
• Coordinates with the team , consultants and sub-contractors on construction-related matters to ensure the project is delivered on time.

Salary: 4500 monthly
