Job Description:

• Manage the generation and updating of a level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 Master Construction Programme (MCP) for the works as part of the Clients Project Management team.
• Provide a holistic planning management oversight of the multiple phases of the project including Design, Statutory, and Procurement, Mobilization, Material supply and Construction implementation of the works.
• Define the strategy for ensuring robust progress monitoring of the various phases of the MCP.
• Assess the projects critical path to help inform priority activities and decision making events.
• Establish the requirements and ensure the preparation of a suite of clear, concise user-friendly graphical key performance indicators for assessing construction progress.
• Provide advice and forecasting on labour demands and expectations. 
• Establish and monitor the projects labour histogramme and allocation of resources.
• Establish and define weekly site progress assessments of the works on site with the multiple consultants, contractors and suppliers involved in the delivery of the works.
