Job Description:

  • Lead & manage a team of customer relation officers (CRO) and services staff by providing regular mentoring and coaching to achieve service excellence
  • Manage customer & stakeholder feedback & escalation from Omni-channels to ensure all feedback are promptly attended to
  • Identifying & driving efficiency & effectiveness within the team & highlight pertinent issues for process improvements
  • Proactively work with various departments & stakeholders to look at areas for improvement
  • Manage outsourced team handling hotline, mystery store audit, link point issues, contract cleaners and pest control etc
  • Presentation on service performance & issues to stakeholders at meetings

Salary: 5800 monthly
