Job Description:

• Collaborating with product team to ensure they could implement the best practice for identity and authentication platform.
• Engaging key customer directly in ensuring they are implementing identity and authentication platform in the best possible way.
• Building sample apps for the platform user.
• Writing tools to improve the scalability of our platform through self-service/automation of both internal/external customers.
• Writing API docs, tutorials, best practices, and actively participate within developer forums.
• Collaboratively works with our product management team on the overall product priorities, especially related to feature launch and key enhancements.
• Represent the voice of customer of Identity Platform to the overall product and engineering team.
• Taking ownership for any mid/high-level engineering issues and escalations, especially the one directly impacting our APIs and services.
