Job Description:
- Develop and execute talent management framework and deploy assessment tools and processes to acquire, identify, develop and retain talents to meet the current and future organization needs.
- Build leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics strategies and programs that retain and attract diverse talents.
- Recommend and deploy assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials as the talents of the organization.
- Create talent roadmaps for high potential employees to nurture their growth and provide career plans.
- Ensure compliance and governance for the division for HR policies.
- Managing the annual compensation review cycle in Asia ME OpCos including cascading global guidelines, and reviewing salary increase budget supported by benchmark data, payroll & tax instructions.
- Manage the mobility program in alignment with global policies and processes.
