Job Description:

1. Able to Design &Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
2. Experience to Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
3. Able to prepare Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++VB language, and scripting
4. Able to Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots
5. Experience on Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software)
6.  Able to establish cost-effective production test solutions
7. Able to develop team technical competency.
8. Experience to build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
9. Able to conduct product tests and releases review, approve the test program releases.

Salary: 5820 monthly
