• Experience on identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Able to write and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Able to develop quality assurance procedures
• Able to deploy software tools, processes and metrics
• Experience on maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
• Experience on working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
