Job Description:

1. Responsible for interviewing and hiring of PMs, DEs.
2. Able to arranging initial training & Making them comfortable with the company until the employees are assigned to the cell and handed over to the Project head.
3. Experience on training the PMs & DEs to improve their soft and technical skills.
4. Experience on working constantly on improvement in people skills and bringing better execution processes.
5. Experience on firing the PMs & DEs if the performance is not up to the mark.

Salary: 5680 monthly
