Job Description:

1. Able to Demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department associates that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each associate and the department to succeed. Motivating the QA/QC Teams and reducing attrition.

2. Able to Maintaining highest level of Data Integrity in QC/QA, Production, and Engineering in general.

3. Able to Developoing, implementating and managing, audits and maintaining quality systems to support commercial, environmental and developmental activities for a pharmaceutical company with sales in multiple countries.

4. Able to Managing quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk.

5. Able to Managing the activities of a section or department in the Quality organization with responsibility for results in terms of product quality, performance and safety.

6. Able to Developing, managaing and maintaining a GMP/GLP/GWP/GEP compliant document control system. Ensure completeness of documentation. Exqusite document control from issue to storage and retrieval.
