Job Description:

1. Able to Seek reliable Suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices ( Vendor Development, Vendor Registration, and Vendor Performance Evaluation). 
2. Able to Develop new supply sources for material procurement.
3. Able to Drafting of commercial terms & conditions. Lead procurement activities for a project and interface with the Client.
4. Experience in Attend progress meetings with the Client. Prepare Procurement Plan and liaise with Project Team for timely issuance of Material Requisitions.
5. Able to Understanding of technical requirements of Material Requisitions. Techno-commercial evaluation of Quotations.
6. Able to Assist in techno-commercial negotiations with vendors. Purchase Order generation and vendor follow-up for vendor documents.
7. Able to Internal follow-up for vendor document approval. Logistics arrangement for delivery of material to the Project and Coordination with transporter. Monitoring of delivery schedule till final delivery of material to the end user.
8. Able to Work closely with Project Team to ensure proper and timely delivery of supplies including follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery.

Salary: 5500 monthly
