Job Description:

  1. Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities of the company.
  2. Able to administering lead generation, tracking information on new projects/opportunities, matching available opportunities in the market with company product portfolio and presenting the same as a profitable business solution.
  3. Responsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share.
  4. Experience to Lead the department in formulation of strategy and business plan and preparation of budget for the entire Sales team in coordination with the top management,Developing sales strategies and setting targets,Responsible for selling the residential project Responsibilities.
  5. Experience on Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Sales Manager manage existing client relationships and building new relationships such that the Silkina brand grows in existing and new markets.
  6. Experience on Lead Generation, customer acquisition and conversion: Engage in hyper local activities in and around the properties as well as tap into relevant corporate leads to generate leads, follow up with customers and ensure the leads are closed.

Salary: 5780 monthly
