Job Description:

• Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.
• Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the store.
• Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks in stores.
• Looking for the receiving areas, Store set up, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials.
• Controlling the leakage of revenue by checking the wastage, unnecessary stocking & recycling of the materials that are of reusing nature.
• Month End inventory (Tacking physical inventory on monthly basis) & Keeping all records in stores, ABC analysis for the proper inventory control, maintaining the par stock as per consumption to avoid the stock out position.
• Maintaining the proper Method of Stock Issue (FIFO) & maintaining the various levels of stock.
