Job Description:

Job Purpose
  • CMOST and RF Semiconductor Testing
  • To perform bench measurement and analyze the results
  • To develop and implement measurement projects/routine
  • To debug the test program

Job Responsibilities
  • Test Program Development and Debug
  • Integrate test patterns into the program
  • Modification of test program levels and timing for test enablement
  • Modification of test program and patterns modifications for diagnostics and debug
  • Proficient in both wafer-level and board-level measurement

Analysis and Characterization
  • Enable characterization testing
  • Develop/modify test routine according to measurement specifications
  • Test measured data analysis
  • Script development

Salaryy: 3500 monthly
