Job Description:

1. Assist in managing firm-wide people costs

  • Prepare monthly staff cost allocations and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly expense and quarterly investment reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercise
  • Assist in analysing people costs
  • Design standardised templates for the information collection
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • Address queries regarding people costs

2. Provide administrative support to the Global Mobility team

  • Research and respond to policy and policy application/interpretation issues raised by assignees; consult with Global Mobility Team
  • Maintain communication with all assignees on a variety of individual on claims and other general issues
  • Maintain and update the Global Mobility related Databases as required

3. Global Mobility Finance responsibilities

  • Creation/Close of Job Codes
  • Check, amend & verify expense claims from assignees
  • Prepare and process claims for Assignee population
  • Process Payment Voucher for outbound assignees & IRAS as requested l
  • SAP Administration/processing
  • Inter Territory Billing processing
  • Assist with annual Accrual requirements

4. Global Mobility & Foreigner Tax Compliance

  • Assist with the collection and collation of Tax Data requests & GM Network requests
  • Prepare payment voucher on receipt of IRAS Notice of Assessment
  • Assist with Singapore annual tax preparation through coordination of territory responses for inbound assignees
  • Review and process Global Mobility Services/International assignment tax services Invoice
