  • Full-spectrum of admin duties
  • Assist in general administration for the office
  • Providing secretarial support to the Manager and general administrative support to the department
  • Simple accounting duties.
  • Maintain and upkeep of filing system
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements
  • Nitec / diploma in office skills
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good written and spoken skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task
  • Responsible and a good team player
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
