Job Description:

    1. Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location. 
    2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs. 
    3. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of equipment.
    4. Develop a close relation with Customers/Users to properly address specific needs.
    5. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
    6. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. 
    7. Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. 
    8. Interface internally with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales. 
    9. Redirect problems to the appropriate resource. 
    10. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of maintaining Client credibility within our customers.
    11. Track and follow through on all technical issues and ensure timely responses with a resolution to customers. 
    12. Develop support services business of Client in the region among Client existing customers installed base.

Salaryy: 2500 monthly
