Experience: 5 years

Job Description:

• To lead the UX/UI team by guiding and driving design vision across different teams
• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure a user-centric approach is applied to all projects
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure design work meets user needs and business requirements
• Oversee and maintain the design system, including design research, strategy, usability testing, interaction design and prototyping
• Create a design-minded environment in the team, and build design capabilities with team members
