  • Overall responsible for O2C/P2P template, work with process owners to govern the global template
  • Execute change requests in the O2C/P2P area, support the system release process in a consistent manner
  • Ensure solution provided to business users comply with existing SCALA standards and business practices
  • Provide integration solutions to other systems
  • Work with external service providers with respect to application development, monitor their work schedule, efficiency and ensure good quality
  • Work with Epicor Managed Service on daily operational issues
