Job Description:

The candidate should have more than 5 years of experience as Toolmakers.

• Toolmaking-Manufacture and service of complex injection mould tools and assembly aids.
• Experience in Manual Lathes, mills and surface grinders
• Experience in CNC machines
• Minimum 3 years of experience using EDM machine (spark erosion)
• Lean six sigma Green belt
• Excellent communication skills
• Precision engineering experience

Demonstrated Toolmaking & Engineering skills are essential.  This position is for very experienced applicants only.

Candidate must be completely competent in the use of manual lathes, mills and surface grinders as well as have cnc experience.  We need a minimum of 3 years experience using an EDM machine.  You need to understand all aspects of tooling and how to machine different types of materials.

The successful candidate will be capable of working on their own initiative to solve problems.

Experience of continuous improvement processes such as Six Sigma, Green Belt, or higher certifications,AS9100, TS16949 or ISO13485 is a plus
Possess advanced levels of verbal and written communications skills.
Experience in the Microsoft products is required.

Experience in precision engineering is a must.
Be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and work to tight tolerances and deadlines.
