Job Description:

A network engineer with level 1 network support role, mainly on Network and Firewall monitoring.

Key Accountabilities

Accountable for level 1 network support for troubleshooting network and firewall operational issues.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all incoming alerts/emails and track until closure
Responsible for raising change requests.
Responsible to work with the respective server and application teamsâ€™ members in trouble-shooting and identify root cause, related to the network.
Responsible to work with the respective network vendorsâ€™ support teams for the trouble-shooting, identification, and resolution of network problems.
Implement well-defined changes like simple network changes.
Must adhere to process and policies of the bank
Escalate Telecommunication matters to providers and track incidents to closure
Hands-on experience in Network Monitoring servers like Kibana, Riverbed, Nagios, Netbrain, etc.
Hands-on experience in firewalls, Proxy DNS, Load Balancers (F5-GTM & LTM), switches, and routers,)
Team player

Salaryy: 4000 monthly
