Job Description:

• Mechanical design development of Transformer Bushings order designs in compliance with the market and sales strategy to meet the market needs.

• Preparation of General Arrangement, Bill of materials and Schematic drawings and submission to customer as per project schedule.

• Coordination of design activities within a worldwide factories network for Transfer of technology in India.

• Carrying out general and detailed design studies, and hand over technical documentation meeting the requested quality level (specifications, drawings) within a defined timeline.

• Leading the technical communications / discussions / decisions with the customers covering the whole business chain of value where technical skills are keys (Tendering, Sales, Project execution, After Sales, Services).

• Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements.
