Job Description:

• Identify & manage reporting requirements for Health Care & Retail programs.
• Creating applications in Access and Excel with the help of VBA
• Meet all SLAs internal and client.
• Review and audit client and internal reports.
• Manage client account team and reports.
• Conduct productive analysis on existing programs to understand future and prospect of the business.
• Documentation updates as and when required. Regular documentation updates on any changes on internal process flows.
• Work on minimizing error level by automating with the help of various tools like VB, Excel, Access, and SQL.
• Create Visio charts for process mapping.
