Job Description:

  • Reports to the Payroll pillar head
  • Process payroll (monthly and adhoc) for approximately 160 employees using TIMES timely and accurately.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports and handle payroll related enquiries.
  • Letters administration and preparation (e.g. confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters and etc.)
  • Follow-up on staff movement (eg. confirmation, resignation and etc.)
  • Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing.
  • Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims.
  • Handle labour market surveys.
  • Maintain personnel files and keep HR related information updated.
  • Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects and policies.

Salaryy: 6100 monthly
