Job Description:

Administration, Management supervision of All Servers & Network Infrastructure (hardware, OS, Networks, Inhouse/Non-Inhouse applications, DC related procurement, backup maintaining).
Technical Support, Maintain and report operational SLAs of all hosted services.
Support a few key customer siteâ€™s Ingenico product hardware support (NCC).
Support a few TMS servers and services on Ingenico remote office.
Support CEPAS related issue for internal and external users (reconciliation, application, network and etc.)
Focus & Obsession on Client satisfaction, Service performance and availability. (CSAT,SLA/OLA as KPI)
Management of internal technical Projects ,& active participation in Group Initiated transformational projects
Provider & Vendor management in areas of : Datacentres, Hardware, Software, CSP (Communication Service Providers)
Active participation in any new M&A related or such Business expansion initiatives
Develop, document & Maintain best practices, (ITIL) processes, and procedures related to ALL aspects of IT Infrastructure & Reporting capabilities.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for SGDC service.
Help the regional manager in IT Budget/financial planning & control functions.
Participate in any internal/external IT/ISO Audits
To act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the companyâ€™s WH&S policy.
To act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the companyâ€™s environmental policy.

Salaryy: 3500 monthly
