Job Description:

1. Ensure productivity on shop-floor to meet the delivery demand date of customer.
2. The quality of the products should meet the specified standard. Maintain the evidence of quality though proper records in QRF check-sheets.
3. Prepare production plan on weekly & daily basis and monitor the execution thru proper records.
4. Acquire necessary technical information about the product / process to effectively execute the jobs and to train all the workers on continual basis to ensure quality output.
5. Motivate and lead the team of workers to achieve the desired results while maintaining positive working culture.
6. Ensure strict discipline to follow Safe work practices on shop-floor.
7. Ensure 5S management.
8. Continuous improvement in performance parameters.
