Job Description:

• To analyze and ensure timely closure of all Breakdowns and take necessary actions to avoid such breakdowns in future
• To assist the Maintenance Head of in carrying out the preventive, predictive maintenance activity.
• Upgradation and modification of equipment & machinery if and as required
• Interaction with the production dept. and other department to meet the requirement of plant
• Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities
