Description:

· Create, review and modify CAD drawings based on project requirements to support the design managers and directors of architecture

· Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data

· Extrapolate information from CAD drawings as required by design managers

· Design and produce presentation slides and/or reports using MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, Bluebeam or InDesign for visualization and meetings

· Set up and maintain all CAD drawings in a standard format to ensure consistency and readability

· Maintain and file all CAD drawings for the property, including timely updates of the on-going A&A work

· Set up and maintain CAD standards to be implemented in all files

· Collaborate with document controllers

· Manage and distribute work load amongst CAD operators in the team

· Perform any other design-related tasks and assignments as instructed by Management

· Coordinate and support design managers and Construction and Project Management team

· Perform other related duties as assigned
