Description:

· Prepare detail assembly drawings and detailed design documents by using Autodesk Inventor/CAD.

· Integrate with vendor from concept design coordination to the actual product.

· Provide support to sales team for site measurement and site survey.

· Work with sales team on technical solution design and proposal.

· Participate in the Company internal or customer meetings as a technical consultant.

· Able to work with other vendor or partner on integrated solution, ensure the workability.

Costing

· Determine and analyse cost of raw materials purchase, inventory storage cost and labour cost to be key in system.

· Analyse the cost comparison of different product use, raw materials and manufacturing methods.

· Ensure that costing is recorded in system accurately and promptly to control expenditures.

· Provide incorporated project/product cost or proposed selling price to sales or inter-companies.

· Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products/services.

· Maintain costing system.

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
