Description:

• Lead & direct a team of line supervisor to fulfill daily production output & yield targets.
• Monitor & track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time.
• Manpower management
• Provide & present production performance daily report.
• Participate in continuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department to prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customers surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist QA to perform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis. To implement corrective and preventive action programs resulted from customer complaints.
• Provide adequate training to Production Specialists to ensure their operational knowledge and skills are sufficient.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management. 

Salary: $ 2500 monthly
