Description:

Responsible for developing to promote safety awareness and best practices on the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding throughout the organization in line with present statutory requirements and accepted international practices.

To develop an inspection, tagging and monitoring system of erected, altered and dismantling scaffolding throughout, the company projects.

To identify needs, develop, conduct, and deliver training on scaffolding.

To provide expert advice to the project with regard to the preparation, erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding and ensure proper implementation of safety procedures.

Develop and ensure company scaffold procedures to meet requirements and recommendations of regulatory bodies are followed in accordance with the same

Keep in touch with the technical section and design manager in all technical matters.

To assess risks on site and make recommendations to responsible personnel to ensure the risk are eliminated, controlled or managed.

Prepare procedure for safe stacking and storage of scaffolding material both at sites and stores and ensure its implementation.

To conduct site safety inspection and audit for all scaffolding platform on regular basis.

To conduct scaffolding accident and incident investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures to suggest corrective and preventive actions with detailed plan to implement with defined roles, responsibilities and time frame.

To undertake evaluation of new and existing scaffolding equipment to ensure it meets accepted international standards.

Conduct daily toolbox meeting

Advised the workers to conduct housekeeping before and after the works.
