Description:

• Ensure accuracy of project budgets.
• Understanding of clients needs through review of the contract documents
• Confirmation of in-house capability before accepting job, able to perform project tendering, bill of quantity taking off and basic costing knowledge.
• Resolve with client any deficiencies, conflicts, clarification for projects variation works.
• Material and vendors sourcing for quotation activities, i.e Architectural, structural, piling, M&E works etc.
• Co-ordinate, process and prepare for main contract & sub-contracting progress claim.
• Preparation of Tender and Contract Documents, including Bills of Quantities, claims applications and variation orders
• Cost Estimation
• Taking off quantity for tender
• Account preparation & periodic progress claim
• Sub-contract preparation, award and certificate
• Liaison with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors
• Site Inspection / measurement
• Measurement of quantities and cost estimation
• Participation in tender briefing and site show-round when required
• Any other duties as assigned.

Salary: $ 43 daily
