Job Description:

• Preparation of Work Permit systems, Safe Plan of action, Risk assessment. 
• Maintenance of firefighting equipment. 
• Inspection of Electrical & Mechanical Equipments. 
• First aid and emergency evacuation procedures. 
• Conducting toolbox meeting and Provide pep talk. 
• Implementing a safe system and procedures of the job at the workplace. 
• Ensure waste management control. 
• Ensure the equipment & materials are safe for use. 
• Identify the hazard and control it. 
• Monitor the construction activities at high elevations. 
• Worked closely with the construction manager and contractors to ensure site safety. 
• Carried out routine monitoring of the construction site to ensure safety measures are in place. 
• Coordinated meetings on safety measures and conducted worksite inspections. 
• Provide Personal Protective Equipment and ensure that every worker uses that properly. 
• Conducted in-house training sessions on-site that included hazard assessments and orientations. 
• Organized construction safety training programs. 
• Conducted on-site safety observations on a regular basis. 
• Display of safety posters & slogans at site premises. 
• Conducting safety month celebrations. 
• Improving sub-contractors Health & Safety performance. 
• Evaluation of sub-contractors on Health & Safety compliance. 
• Conducting safety competitions & Prize Distribution. 
• Submit weekly report to the safety manager and the client.

Salary: 5500 monthly
