Job Description:

  • Create a new wafer map configuration.
  • Support special map related issues.
  • Perform Engineering Build coordination.
  • Perform pre-build material check, understanding of various package process flows, co-ordination with cross-functional teams (PE, MFG, QA, NPI, etc.) to expedite engineering builds.
  • Resource, machine & material requisition and coordination.
  • Perform timely system extraction of daily, weekly & monthly yield reports.
  • Perform new product code creation for new device setup.
  • Prepare qualification report through consolidating raw data from various process engineers.
  • Coordinate reliability/failure analysis sample request and submission.

Salaryy: 3000 monthly
