Job Description:

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the region covered
• Plan and provide strategic direction for the company expansion in line with organizational goals in the region covered
• Plan and ensure the smooth daily operations of the company business which encompasses project, finance, human resources, marketing and operations.
• Manage growth and enhance the profitability of the company business which includes hotel, serviced residences, buildings and all properties in the region covered
• Liaise with local authorities to resolve issues encountered and to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the country and region covered
• Ensure the smooth operations of the company business and good management-worker relationship
• Embark on projects given as and when the need arises
