Job Description:

Recruitment
1) Take care of the staff statistic of new recruit/ replacement /termination
2) Post opening position into the relevant website agency
3) Vet resume and submit to relevant departments to review
4) Arrange interview for the relevant department.
5) Coordinate with the PMS and Hod for the shortlisted people.
6) Arrange a meet up to settle all onboarding applications.
7) Proceed to SPASS,EP and WP if any.
8) Ensure all certificates and application form have been submitted to open P- FILE.
9) Arrange work area, computers set up and stationary requisition.
10) Update the master list on their status.

Workers:
1) Liaise with the most agency for recruitment with the provided description
2) Arranging IPA/courses/ PPE & Dormitory check in.
3) Do interviews for the specific requirements needed.

Hr General:
1) Attend to all workers payroll, leaves , banks queries, passport, medical, attendance queries etc.
2) Handling all termination, suspension, resignation, appraisal and increment arrangement.
3) Workers payroll & payslip.
4) Payroll closing reports monthly
5) Generate statistics for costing.
6) ISO Accreditation: ISO 9001 , OHSAS 18K (Management)
7) Handle workers and staff insurance ( wica etc)
8) Medical claims.
9) Edit and implement new things in the policy ( management)
10) Arranging of manpower schedule

Courses :
1) Tracking on workers yearly serving in Singapore and keep files updated.
2) Arrange courses for the workers.
3) Liaise with BCA the requirements needed to have for approve tradesman and foreman
4) To ensure that the data will keep updated and close follow up.
5) Liaise with 3rd party on the arrangement of the courses with confirmation.
6) Liaise with BCA and register for licensing for worker core trade

Administrative:
As and when
1) Follow up with MRF and Po.
2) Great year purchase coils
3) Print of catalogue/profile ( Vanessa )
4) Updates all expiry certification & apply new certification needed for construction sectors. (Management) 
5) Order for t-shirts, stationaries, first aid.
6) Keep all insurance updated machineries , public liability etc.. Keep track of all expiry.
7) Fill up the papers for office photocopy.
8) Setup of printers/ emails if it is faulty.
9) Filing
10) Answering phone call.
11) Arranging of driver whereabouts
